Inspired by his grandfather’s legacy, Eddy Tan dedicated himself to perfecting handmade Chee Cheong Fun — earning Michelin Guide recognition and invitations to serve dignitaries. Today, Pin Wei operates 10+ outlets in Singapore and is expanding globally, starting with Vietnam — driven by one mission: to share a lifetime of culinary mastery with the world.
