Pin Wei is a Singapore-born brand specializing in handcrafted Hong Kong-style Chee Cheong Fun.

Since 2007, we have built a reputation for excellence through our commitment to freshness, precision, and culinary heritage. Proudly featured in the Michelin Guide, our signature rice rolls are made fresh to order using specialized equipment and refined techniques developed through years of research and experience.

From a single hawker stall, Pin Wei has grown to 13+ locations across Singapore, including landmark venues such as Lau Pa Sat and Changi Airport. In 2025, we begin our first international expansion into Vietnam, with the goal of reaching 20 outlets by year-end.
